1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Standard Shipping

Orders placed with Standard Shipping are typically processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Expedited Shipping

For eligible countries, orders placed with Expedited Shipping are typically processed:

  • on the same business day if placed before our daily cutoff time, or
  • the next business day if placed outside business hours, on weekends, or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, public holidays, or unforeseen operational delays.

2. Shipping Availability

Oasisleep proudly offers worldwide shipping to customers across many countries and regions.

Shipping methods, delivery speeds, and availability of expedited shipping may vary depending on your destination.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Free Standard Shipping (Worldwide)

We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders.

Estimated transit time:

  • 12–15 business days

Expedited Shipping (Paid)

Expedited Shipping is available for selected countries and regions at an additional cost calculated during checkout.

Estimated transit time:

  • 7–9 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • customs clearance procedures
  • carrier delays
  • weather disruptions
  • local postal service interruptions
  • peak shipping periods

Oasisleep is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our control.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow approximately 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team and we will assist you.

5. Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

If you need to modify your shipping address or order details, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Oasisleep is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

6. Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking status indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • checking with household members, neighbours, or building management
  • confirming the shipping address provided at checkout
  • contacting your local postal or delivery carrier

If your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide reasonable assistance where possible.
