At Oasisleep, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- the item must be unused and in its original condition
- the item must be returned in its original packaging
- proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used, unless required under applicable consumer laws.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- sale or clearance items
- gift cards
- products marked as final sale
- used or damaged items not caused by transit issues
Nothing in this policy excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the item arrived damaged
- the incorrect item was received
- the product is faulty or defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Oasisleep cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@oasisleep.com and include:
- your order number
- the item(s) you wish to return
- the reason for the return
- photos of the product if applicable
Returns must not be sent back without prior approval and return instructions from our support team.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required under applicable consumer laws.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we can assist you promptly.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy excludes, limits, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
